Die Chu-Nail-App verbindet Kundinnen und Kunden mit Nagelstudios. Bilder in Galerie, Farbtafel oder Preisliste werden vom jeweiligen Salon bereitgestellt. Wenn Sie einen Inhalt für rechtswidrig, betrügerisch oder verletzend halten, können Sie uns melden.
So melden Sie einen Inhalt
- In der App: Konto → Inhalt melden oder in der Galerie → Dieses Bild melden (öffnet Ihre E-Mail-App mit vorausgefüllten Angaben).
- Per E-Mail: [email protected] — bitte Salon-Name, Screenshot oder Bild-URL und kurze Beschreibung angeben.
Was wir tun
Wir prüfen Meldungen zeitnah, kontaktieren bei Bedarf den Salon und entfernen oder sperren Inhalte, wenn ein rechtswidriges Risiko besteht. Schwere Fälle können an Behörden gemeldet werden.

The Chu Nail app connects customers with nail salons. Gallery and price-board images are provided by each salon. If you believe content is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, you can report it.
How to report
- In the app: Account → Report content or Gallery → Report this image (opens your email app with pre-filled details).
- By email: [email protected] — include salon name, screenshot or image URL, and a short description.
What we do
We review reports promptly, contact the salon if needed, and remove or restrict content where there is a legal risk.
